The staff were mostly friendly. The breakfast was acceptable.
The room had an outdated design, and the TV placement was odd. It was to the side of the bed. The power sockets at the desk weren't working, quite inconvenient. The hotel charges extra for a Burj Khalifa view, but it's only visible from a specific corner of the room, and I thought that was misleading.

the breakfast had a variety of dishes. i especially enjoyed the indian breakfast choices available. the staff were cute. they were always happy to help.
I was disappointed by the unwelcoming reception. the bathtub was not clean. I had to call room service. there were also issues with the room lock. i felt the hotel did not prioritize guest comfort.

The room was not clean when I checked in. There were dirty plates outside my door. The pool was in shade all afternoon, so it was not enjoyable to swim. The noise from the road kept me awake at night.
